23rd Annual Wild Edible Feast

Support Environmental Education in the Yampa Valley and “Dine on the Wild Side!” We are bringing back a social tapas-style event where you can mix and mingle at five different stations offering freshly harvested wild edibles and unique proteins carefully curated by Aurum’s Gabriel Ledesma and Chef de Cuisine Jesse Romero. Relax riverside on the patio, sit in the roomy bar area or wander around the two dining levels Aurum has to offer.

We are returning to Aurum in Downtown Steamboat Springs for this exclusive experience.

General Admission – $150
Doors open for cocktail hour: 5:15 – 6:00 PM
Dinner Service 6:00 – 8:30 PM
VIP & General Admission – $175 (space limited to 30 guests)
VIP Event at 5:00-5:30 PM

Riverside on the patio, Mary O’Brien local medicinal herb expert and co-author with Karen Vail of, “Edible and Medicinal Plants of the Southern Rockies,” will be demonstrating live how to create a lip balm. Leave with a sample of her creation and an understanding of how to practice this skill yourself and herbs to look out for!
