STRATEGIC PLAN

In 2023, Yampatika Board and Staff completed a 5-year Strategic Plan, which sets out a vision for thoughtfully expanding each of our program areas to ensure increased impact and paced growth, to include exploring opportunities for acquiring a facility of our own. With the Strategic Plan framework in place, Yampatika will be able to thoughtfully and intentionally grow its programming to equip more community members with the understanding, connection, and tools needed to protect the landscape and natural resources that make Northwest Colorado and our community so special.
